My name is Jennifer Holst and I am a German cake artist. I have been making figures & cakes since 2013 and have been taking part in national and international collaborations ever since. My main passion is modelling, in which I have already proven my versatility. Both busts and figures can be found in my portfolio. I always love to try out new things and surprise others. I have also given several courses at home and abroad.

I am Doreen Zilske, I live near Cologne and found my passion for the art of confectionery in 2014. I love to surprise people with my creations. I took part in my first cake competition in 2016 and since then I have regularly taken part in national and international cake competitions with great success. Since 2022, I have been organising several internationally successful online sugar art collaborations myself. My sugar pieces and collaborations are regularly published in numerous internationally renowned magazines. I have also been featured in the daily press of the Kölner Stadtanzeiger, Kölsche Rundschau and others.
Competition Coordination
My name is Marina Dewald and I come from Ingolstadt. I baked my first themed cake for my son's birthday in 2007. Since then, I have continuously developed my skills and abilities and successfully took part in my first competition in 2015. In the years that followed, I went on to participate successfully in other German and international competitions. In 2015, I successfully passed the 2015 exams in the confectionery trade and am the owner of the bakery ‘Design Torten Dewald’. I have also been teaching courses on various cake decorating techniques since 2014.
My name is Eugenie Skalosub and I come from Leipzig. My interest in sugar flowers started in 2009 and became my main profession in 2012. I have participated in exhibitions such as Cake International in Birmingham, Turkey and in joint projects with Cake International and Cake Artist World. I have been giving courses for many years and have held courses in Australia, the Netherlands, Italy, Israel, Germany, Russia, Uruguay, Hong Kong, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark, America and Turkey.
I am Tanja Urbach, an enthusiastic cake artist from Kempten - Allgäu. I became enthusiastic about cake design 10 years ago. Since then, I have been passionate about designing creative and artistic themed cakes. I enjoy working with different and modern techniques and designs.
Since 2018, I have been successfully participating in international and national cake competitions. Since 2020 I offer courses for motif cakes. In 2023 I took part in an international collaboration at Cake & Dream Rome in Italy.
My name is Jane Fehlau. I am a hobby baker and sugar artist from near Würzburg. I love making all kinds of things out of sugar and one of my passions is drawing with edible colours. I started working regularly with fondant in 2015 and since 2015 I have participated in several competitions in Germany, Austria and the UK, where I have won several awards.
My name is Diana Adler. I come from the beautiful Odenwald. I took part in my first cake competition in 2015. Since then, I have always successfully taken part in competitions What I like most about this hobby is that you can tell stories and touch people with these ‘cakes’. My speciality is painting on fondant. I also take part in national and international collaborations.
My name is Ingrid-Maria Sekljic and I live in Kapfenberg, Austria. I made my first flower - a snow rose - in 2015. I was so fascinated by Alan Dunn's workshop that I attended further courses. Making sugar flowers fascinates me every time anew and my awards at competitions have always motivated me.
My name is Oxana Wagner and I come from Bonn. As a small business owner, I have been working with this sweet work of art for almost 7 years. I love working with fondant and always trying out new and different techniques. My specialities are modern multi-tiered cakes. I have taken part in several competitions organised by Cake international and joint projects between Cake international and Cake Artist World. I have received several awards for this. I am a judge, teacher in the category wedding cakes, sugar floristry and official representative of Cake Artist World in Germany.
My name is Evgeniya Brunstein, I was born in Russia and have been living in Germany since 2012. My hobby is decorating biscuits. I have been doing this since 2018 and have achieved some success. I took part in several online confectionery competitions, where I was very successfully awarded several times. I have also conducted many live and video workshops for decorating biscuits with royal icing. I am also a member of the association of confectionery decorators ‘Cake Artist World’.
My name is Lina Blank and I live in the picturesque Rhön region. As a wedding cake designer, I strive to create not just pretty, but intoxicating and artistic creations that make unique statements for couples. My love of cake art began as a hobby a few years ago. Despite working in management positions, I decided to turn my passion for cake baking into a career. My work is inspired by my passion for art, architecture, fashion, ceramics, textures and nature. I work closely with my clients to transform their visions into customised cake designs.
I am Nisa Aydin and I have been living in Germany for 13 years. I have been decorating royal icing biscuits every day for two years and have been living out my artistic streak as a cookie artist. I taught myself my skills and knowledge. I love beauty, precision and passion. I see art in everything. One of my favourite quotes is: ‘The world of reality has its limits, the world of imagination is limitless.’
My name is Ludmilla Keller, I was born in Russia and have been living in Germany since 2011.
During my parental leave, I was looking for something to do and found decorating gingerbread and
gingerbread or biscuits very interesting, creative and exciting. Now it's part of my hobby
and part-time job. For my further development in this area, I attended courses and took part in several projects organised by Cake Artist World. These include the ‘Cawkids 2023’ project and ‘Life on Planet Pandora’.
I am a Portuguese cake designer and chocolatier, internationally recognised and awarded in national and international competitions. My passion is sculpture, modelling and airbrushing, as well as chocolate. I love making busts with modelling chocolate, whether realism or cartoon. I teach all kinds of cake modelling techniques and chocolate sweets in Portugal and abroad. I am the organiser of Steam Cakes - Steampunk collaboration, with the help of my husband, João Pimentel.
I am Manuela Silvia Taddeo and I follow my artistic inclinations. I attended the Artistic Secondary School and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic School of Milan. I have always had a passion for cooking and pastry and in 2012 I discovered the passion for cake design and attended several professional courses specialising in pastry and cake decoration with the aim of increasing professionalism in this sector. With my best friend I founded the business MABANUBY-Cake. Design in 2014 with my best friend.
