CAKE & BAKE, Germany's largest cake fair, takes place once a year in March and coincides with CREATIVA Dortmund, Europe's largest creative fair!

Here you will find numerous hobby and professional bakers who will delight you with colourful workshops, a wide range of sales and infotainment offers and innovative competitions.

Creative confectioners will be delighted with the sugary sweet range of products on offer at the fair, which will make CAKE & BAKE a great success.

Services around your trade fair

In our Online Service Center (OSC) you will find order forms for technical and advertising services, the technical guidelines and the contact details of our suppliers. Trust our on-site expertise - with extensive services from catering to stand construction. We would be happy to advise you on the preparation and implementation of the trade fair.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    Start of construction:

    Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 7:00 a.m


    Set-up time: 

    March 20, 2025: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m

    March 21, 2025: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m


    End of set-up:

    March 21, 2025 at 10:00 p.m

    (4 p.m. vehicles out of the hall)


    Important: Important: The stand material may only be placed on the area of ​​your own exhibition stand, the empties must be removed immediately and the aisles must be kept free of empties and full bottles.


  • OPENING HOURS/ DISMANTLING

    Fair runtime: 22 + 23 March 2025


    Opening hours: 9:00-18:00


    Goods delivery during the course of the fair:

    Both days of the fair: 8:00-8:45 a.m., 6:00-7:00 p.m.


    Start of dismantling:

    March 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m


    Access to the halls: March 23, 2025, from 7:00 p.m


    Driving into the halls is permitted provided the logistical situation allows it. During major events, for example in other areas of the Dortmund Exhibition Center or in the neighboring Signal-Iduna-Park, access to the halls may be delayed or made more difficult.


    End of dismantling:

    March 24, 2025, 6:00 p.m
